Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your registration, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the notification of cancellation is received by the Registration Office. All refunds will be made after the congress. (Bank handling charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.)

Until August 4, 2014 : 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
From August 5, 2014 : 100% of the registration fee (No refund)

We, 5th UCLG ASPAC Congress 2014 Taipei Executive Committee (hereinafter the "Executive Committee") are committed to protect the personal information of applicants.
Your personal identifiable information (personal information) will be collected via this form only when you make the registration or answer a questionnaire for this congress (hereinafter the "Congress").

Without an applicant's consent, we (the Executive Committee) will not use such information for purposes other than for operating and managing the Congress, preparing the Participant List to be distributed to Congress participants, responding to inquiries from applicants for the Congress, providing Congress information and other future related congress information to applicants, except for personal information collected in connection with other websites.

For smooth operation of the Congress, we (the Executive Committee) are entrusting the operation of collecting, storing, managing and handling personal information regarding the Congress to the following company who will act as Registration Office (Hereinafter the "Registration Office") under the confidentiality agreement.

In case there is an error in your personal information collected for the Congress please inform the Registration Office to have it corrected or deleted.

Providing personal information is voluntary, but please note that you are unable to attend the Congress without providing the necessary information.
